As a real estate company, Veris Residential is responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, tenants and residents. All of our managed properties and our corporate headquarters are WELL Health-Safety Rated, prioritizing green cleaning and sanitation procedures, emergency preparedness, health service resources, air and water quality management, stakeholder engagement and innovation. Our team is constantly inspecting each of our properties to ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Annual Health Fair
In 2023, we hosted our second annual health fair, where employees had the opportunity to engage with interactive services and converse with health professionals. Services provided at the fair include biometric screening for blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, heart rate and BMI, as well as brief wellness counseling. Employees could also indulge in a chair massage, chair yoga and a nutritional smoothie before meeting with NJ Primary Care for their annual flu shot.
Accessible Fitness Classes
We understand the importance of regular physical activity and the benefits of exercise for employee mental health. All of our employees have free access to gyms across our portfolio, where we have launched virtual fitness classes that are available to all employees multiple times a week. We spent over 140 hours training together in 2022, with sessions joined by our executives, as well as on-site and corporate employees, encouraging teamwork and motivation across the company.
