Veris Residential communities welcome domestic cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. Pets must be registered with the leasing office. All dogs must be kept on a leash while in common areas throughout the community.

All Veris Residential communities are 100% smoke-free. Smoking or vaping any tobacco or marijuana products in our buildings or common areas is strictly prohibited for the health and safety of our residents.
Can I reserve building amenities for special events?
Select amenity spaces can be reserved through the myVeris app.
Are there any restrictions on decorating or furnishing units?
Residents can freely decorate and furnish apartments as they wish, so long as the apartments are returned to their original state upon move-out.
How accessible is the NY Waterway from RiverTrace at Port Imperial?
The Port Imperial/Weehawken Ferry Terminal is a short walk from RiverTrace, providing convenient access to Midtown and Lower Manhattan through the NY Waterway.
What parking options are available for residents and guests?
Residents can reserve a space in RiverTrace’s on-site garage for easy and convenient parking. Guests may register with the concierge to receive a twenty-four hour parking pass.
