What parking options are available for residents?

Residents can reserve a space in The James’ on-site garage for easy and convenient parking. Guests can park in any open guest parking space.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, a minimum coverage of $100,000 is required. All leaseholders must be listed on the insurance policy.

Yes, residents must pay a security deposit between $1,000 and a month and a half of rent.

Which utilities are residents responsible for?

Residents are responsible for water, electricity and gas.

What happens if I pay my rent late?

Through The Veris Promise, each resident is allowed one courtesy late payment per initial lease term.

Are residents able to terminate their lease early?
