Our Heritage apartments maintain their classic appeal with granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, nine-foot ceilings and in-unit washers and dryers. Both apartment types offer spectacular Manhattan views and full access to all our newly renovated building amenities including the rooftop pool, health club, golf simulator and coworking spaces.
The main difference is the interior finish level—Horizon offers newly renovated homes while Heritage provides timeless luxury at a classic value.
What is the pet policy?
Veris Residential communities welcome domestic cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. Pets must be registered with the leasing office. All dogs must be kept on a leash while in common areas throughout the community.
What is the smoking policy?
All Veris Residential communities are 100% smoke-free. Smoking or vaping any tobacco or marijuana products in our buildings or common areas is strictly prohibited for the health and safety of our residents.
When was Liberty Towers last renovated?
Originally constructed in 2003, Liberty Towers underwent a full renovation in 2018. Most recently, 8th floor amenities were renovated in 2024, with future renovations on the horizon.
Are there any restrictions on decorating or furnishing units?
Residents can freely decorate and furnish apartments as they wish, so long as the apartments are returned to their original state upon move-out.
How does a hydroponic farm benefit Liberty Towers and its residents?
Through Veris Residential’s partnership with Green Food Solutions, residents can access a cutting-edge hydroponic farm that doesn’t just grow greens—it cultivates community. Residents receive fresh, locally sourced produce right where they live, reinvigorating the “farm-to-table” experience in a deliciously sustainable way. By growing herbs and vegetables on-site, we’re reducing food miles and empowering our residents to embrace eco-friendly urban farming methods with interactive community workshops.
How likely are apartments to have a view of the Statue of Liberty?

Resident parking is provided by Little Man Parking. Access cards are available with the submission of a parking application and a copy of your lease.

Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, a minimum coverage of $100,000 is required. All leaseholders must be listed on the insurance policy.

Yes, residents must pay a security deposit between $1,000 and a month and a half of rent.
Which utilities are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for water and electricity.
