What is your current position with Veris?

I am a Leasing Specialist at Sable and Haus25.

How long have you been with the company?

I have been with the company for a little over two years!

Have you worked at any other locations?

I’ve worked at several of Veris Residential’s previous communities that have since changed ownership.

What’s your favorite sustainable company initiative?

I’d have to say my favorite sustainability initiative at most of our communities is the community gardens and hydroponic farms. Not only do they excite our prospects on tours, but they also provide residents with fresh greens grown right at home.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know? 

I’m an outdoorsman. I enjoy water skiing and wakeboarding in the summer, hiking in the fall and spring, and mountain skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

Can you share a project you’re particularly proud of?

A project I’m particularly proud of is helping to incorporate Sable into the Veris family. With the support of my amazing teammates at Sable and Haus25, we worked hard to welcome more than 1,000 residents into the Veris Residential family.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I’d choose Ireland. Since I’m Irish, I think it would be cool to see the country my family emigrated from.
