Energy Innovation & Efficiency
Our current achievements include:
- 66% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions since 2019
- 28% decrease in energy consumption since 2019
- 100% renewable electricity in our wholly-owned communities since 2021
Looking ahead, we’re working toward:
- Additional emissions reductions by 2030
- Further reduction in energy usage
- Expanding renewable energy across all properties
Sustainable Development
Current progress:
- 83% of our communities have received Green Building Certifications
- EV charging is available at 65% of properties
- We’ve reduced water consumption by 3% since 2020
