Buddy from The BLVD Collection

Meet our December Pet of the Month, Buddy! This adventurous pup can often be found exploring the grounds of The BLVD Collection, especially during his favorite season. With his striking tricolor coat and perky ears, Buddy is as photogenic as the fall foliage he loves to play in! An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, he’s always eager to make new friends on his daily walks around the community. If you spot this friendly face out and about, don’t hesitate to say hello—he’d love to meet you!

How long have you been with the company?

I just reached five years with the company!

Have you worked at any locations other than the corporate office?

Yes, I started my career at The BLVD Collection.

What’s your favorite sustainable company initiative?

It would have to be the hydroponic farm at The BLVD Collection, Haus25 and Liberty Towers. Being able to grab fresh produce in your building is a game changer.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

This past summer I founded a run club in my area and have held several events in efforts to bring my community together in a positive way.

What’s the best book or movie you’ve enjoyed recently?

Atomic Habits by James Clear

What motivates you to do your best work each day?

My team. Being able to support my teammates and being successful together is a big motivator for me. Shoutout to Ashley Rys and Samantha Lopez!

If you could switch roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

I would switch roles with a maintenance team member one day. It would be interesting to know what goes on behind the scenes to keep our building running.

What’s a skill you’ve always wanted to learn but haven’t had the chance yet?

I really want to learn how to play piano.

Fall Coat Drive

Thanks to your incredible generosity, our Fall Coat Drive was an overwhelming success, collecting over 200 coats for students in need! Donations were distributed to multiple schools, making a meaningful impact in communities from Newark to Worcester. The coats, ranging from tiny toddler sizes to adult sizes, ensured students of all ages could stay warm this winter. Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who contributed to this amazing effort—your kindness has made a real difference in helping New Jersey and Massachusetts students brave the cold winter months ahead.
