The Grove Street PATH Station and Paulus Hook Pier are within walking distance of Haus25, offering convenient access into NYC and surrounding areas. Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, a minimum coverage of $100,000 is required. All leaseholders must be listed on the insurance policy.

Yes, residents must pay a security deposit between $1,000 and a month and a half of rent.

Which utilities are residents responsible for?

Residents are responsible for paying their electricity bill. Water, sewer and trash are included in the monthly cost of rent.
